Application process did not take long. Interview was scheduled within a week (they give you a date and time). It was a panel interview and they followed up with their decision within two weeks.

If selected, you will be emailed to select an available interview date. Once there, there will be a panel of interviewers who made me feel comfortable, and asked the general questions like tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, etc
