Entretien
The interview process is very thorough and structured. There was a total of 4 interviews. The first was a screening, the second was with the manager of the team, and the 3rd was with a team member; which was also an opportunity to ask questions about the position and team. The final interview was a panel with the team manager again, the manager one level above her and a team member.. I rated it difficult simply because of the number of interviews, but I love how personable each interview was and how Shipbob prioritizes finding the right fit for their culture along with skillset. This is a company with an amazing leadership structure and organized recruiting and onboarding team!

Interview Topics:
Why Shipbob and this position, toughest client escalations, identifying problems and solutions, thinking outside the box when proposing a solution, clear communication regarding technical topics.
Situational questions surrounding client interactions (upset client, client wanting to stop services..etc), meeting deadlines, communication style to technical and non technical teams, navigating confusing/ambiguous requests, structuring multiple priorities in a given day.

Four interviews total, including a phone interview with the recruiter & a shadow session with a member of the team to understand the role. Final interview was with hiring manager and execs. Everyone is very friendly and open to answering questions.

4 total interviews: phone call with recruiter, 1:1 with hiring manager, shadow session followed by panel with hiring manager & team, final panel with hiring manager and executives. Everyone was very enthusiastic and helpful along the way. Answered questions (even the hard ones) transparently.
