Although our interviews tend to be more conversational and informal than at other employers, I promise they’re not designed to see if you can hold a conversation - we trust you can do that :) Our interviews are instead a more personal approach to learn about you as a person and potential employee; the things you’ve done, your successes and failures, and the way you think about things. Often through these conversations we discover that people aren’t quite right for a given role. It sounds like that’s what happened in your case, but that’s OK! We’re growing fast, and just because we didn’t have a role for you this time, doesn’t mean we won’t have one for you in the future.
