Do not stress over the reviews here on Glassdoor. Remember people are more likely to leave one if the experience was negative. Once you apply on the website and complete the questions and mock e-mail in your application, you may need to wait until next hiring surge for them to move forward with your application. Second step is typing test and another mock e-mail. This is followed by lifestory interview (via video). Next step is technical interview and this is the hardest however doable. You do get all the information to perform well in this stage. Remember to read carefully and pay attention to context and details. Nobody expects you to perform perfectly here and you also have time for reflection and feedback. I feel that how you react to this may influence their decision on whether you move forward. Once this is done you get asked to provide e-mails and phone numbers of 3 references, one of them manager and one of them a colleague. After that you get a phone call regarding yout technical interview and an offer. Every single person I met was helpful, engaged, professional even though my guess is that they were very busy and working long hours. Once I applied I waited 7 months for stage 2 and from then to offer it took 2 weeks.
