Applied online and contact the recruiter through LinkeDin. Had the interview two weeks after that. It was described as a videoconference but last minute recruiter said it was only on phone ( i was full prepared for a videoconference one). Last 30 minutes. It was not social talk but to the point. Like recruiter was reading a script. Heard back that hiring manager was not interested on my profile. And not more feedback was going to be provided.
