After I submitted my application on line, I was invited to attend a 30 minute life story interview. Then the second round was a technical interview which was about an hour and included working on sample chats

Lengthy but well explained and scheduled interview process comprising of writing example emails, taking live chats and addressing a call. They give you the tools needed to prepare but it is stressful.
