The process was very straightforward. Spoke with recruiter, then hiring manager, then was vetted by different members of the team.
Ultimately received a verbal offer, which I accepted, then radio silence for 2 months from HR, then received a call saying they would not go through.

Case interview with another Product Manager about managing supply and demand in the shopify app store. Focused on identifying potential problems in the store and identifying solutions + metrics to improve them.

- Screen w/ recruiter - Mini Case - Not sure what happens after that, but I didn't make it past the mini case but pretty sure they have their classic life story interview, another case study, and some behavioral

They make it seem like the mini case will be a data analytics interview but it's very generic question - about how merchants sign up for shopify but then they don't come back to Shopify. They think a tailored onboarding would help them out and it's your job to tackle this onboarding problem. And you have to share how you'd solve it over 6 months.
