Screen, team meeting, assignment (similar to other large Saas companies) Really unreliable recruiters, they will ignore your emails, and have dropped the ball several times. Not sure if this is just the Early Talent team... but recruiters need to respect candidates.
I have a feeling the postings are fake (used to maintain their pipeline but not actually hiring). Applied for the NA entry-level position. The recruiter ignored my multiple emails. Replying to emails is literally a recruiter's job and the least they could do.

Entretien
First step was a Life Story interview with the HR. The session was very conversational where you could start from any where in your personal/professional journey and walk them through how you ended up being where you are now. They really care about growth mindset, so it's important to try to imply that in your life story. Next step was a case study, where a PM presents a real case study and then you would ask questions and go back and forth to offer solutions to the problem. There's no right or wrong answer to that, they just want to see how you approach a problem.
