This interview focused mostly on industry knowledge, such as understanding rental operations, sales approaches, handling customer needs, and familiarity with similar work environments. The Branch Manager also shared more details about the day-to-day responsibilities at the branch. The third and final interview was a virtual meeting with the General Manager. This conversation centered on overall fit, professionalism, and customer service philosophy. The GM asked about my strengths, work ethic, and how I deliver exceptional customer experiences. Throughout the process, communication was clear and timely, and the entire team was professional and welcoming. Overall, it was a positive and efficient interview experience.
