First interview by phone with HR -standard questions
Second interview with the Sales Manager again questions about experience
Third interview face-to-face with Airport Manager and Sales Manager.
The interview was relaxed and friendly and took about 1 hour.
They are looking for positive people and if they like your personality you are getting the job for sure.
Is not necessary to have a large experience in sales if you can prove them that you can sale and habe good customer service which is very important in this role.

3 steps interview process . 2 virtual and 1 in person. First with Human Resources then with the hiring manager and then with a panel interview where they want you to come in person

Entretien
The interview process was smooth, well-structured, and moved quickly. It began with an initial screening interview with the recruiter, who asked about my customer service background, communication skills, and interest in the role. The conversation was friendly and focused on getting to know my experience and work style.
The second interview was with the Branch Manager. This interview focused mostly on industry knowledge, such as understanding rental operations, sales approaches, handling customer needs, and familiarity with similar work environments. The Branch Manager also shared more details about the day-to-day responsibilities at the branch.
The third and final interview was a virtual meeting with the General Manager. This conversation centered on overall fit, professionalism, and customer service philosophy. The GM asked about my strengths, work ethic, and how I deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Throughout the process, communication was clear and timely, and the entire team was professional and welcoming. Overall, it was a positive and efficient interview experience.
