Was reached out by someone who I thought worked with Sixt, but it was someone from an agency, who stated she was working with Sixt exclusively, she was extremely nice and supportive during the interview process. I was submitted and interviewed with a recruiter at Sixt; the first question from the recruiter to me before even an introduction was “What do you want to know about the role?”. The interview had no depth and the recruiter seemed bothered (even complained) that I came from an agency. The recruiter ended the conversation with I will follow up with you regarding next steps as soon as I am able to confirm them. I never heard back from the recruiter even after sending a follow up email. I understand some recruiters are burnt out and exhausted during these times, but there should be no reason that should come through during an interview.
