I had an introductory phone call for an iOS dev position they have in Vancouver. I was sort of excited about it since it's a cool company to look up to, but all of that went away after the first introductory call. I felt like I was talking to a robot, the interview lasted about 15 minutes where I was shot 15 standard interview questions that expect default answers that tell no story. The recruiter had absolutely no idea was she was hiring for - she was just reading information from a leaflet. When asked a few questions about company culture, what is like to work there, she clearly didn't know what to say.
