It was good until the last panel interview. Everyone was very nice but it was clear the main interviewer was either inexperienced at interviewing or read a book saying "do this". I've been out of college for almost 20 years and they asked me questions about college and my first jobs out of college...not much time spent on current or more recent achievements. It felt very strange, I left baffled. I should add I've had a lot of interviews lately because of the market. I can't speak for everyone else but I had no idea what I wanted to do in or right after college. I, like many people I know, found my path later and it was not what I thought! Too much time focused on things from a long time ago that have less impact on my career today.
