Sodexo asks behavioral interview questions throughout the interview process that more than likely will be a panel interview with internal stakeholders. Make sure that you answer everything in the STAR method.

There is an initial phone screen by a recruiter. If you meet the desired requirements then you will be put on an interview slate. The hiring manager will pick the candidates he/she wants to hire and you will likely be interviewed over Skype with a panel. The final candidates may be called in for one last interview if needed with the actual supervisor. All questions are behavioral.
