An interview was scheduled a week in advance. I got 5 separate reminders from Sodexo, the final reminder being one hour before my scheduled interview. The interviewer never showed up.

Someone got in touch with me after my application, then they invited me to do a short bar shift to test my basic skills and abilities. Afterward, there was a tour of the work areas and facilities, and we had a conversation about the job, the work experience, things to expect, etc. The people were very friendly and knowledgeable, from potential co-workers to supervisors and managers,
