3 phone calls with one Demo Call. The calls covered basic IT knowledge mixed with some sales related and some presentation skill questions. The interviews were with several members of the organization which was great to be able to get peoples viewpoints from different areas.

Interview with the Hiring Manager and SE director. The interview break down into technical concept test. After that will required to do a presentation.
Next, meet Sales Manager, depends on region and sometimes Executive Level
Had a phone screen first, then a 1:1, then they wanted an in-person demo. They wanted a full day's work beforehand without paying you for a full day's work. Not realistic expectations or qualifications for the salary proposed.
