      Entretien

      I recently underwent a comprehensive interview process with SolarWinds and wanted to share my exceptional experience. From the initial interaction to the final job offer, the team displayed professionalism and a warm and welcoming approach. The punctuality of the interviewers was commendable, setting a positive tone for the entire process. Expectations were clearly communicated from the beginning, and the three-tiered interview structure, involving the Director of Customer Success (Hiring Manager) and Customer Success Managers both based in the US, Peer Interview with Senior Customer Success and Technical Support Managers both based in the Philippines, and an interview with the VP for Customer Success based in Ireland, provided a holistic view of the company. Each interviewer demonstrated genuine interest by asking insightful, non-generic questions tailored to my responses. The conversations were not only casual but also created an environment where I felt comfortable sharing experiences and achievements. The interviewers shared their own experiences, allowing me to identify my strengths and areas for improvement. A notable aspect was the efficient timeline - all three interviews concluded in less than three days, and the job offer followed precisely two weeks after the initial meeting with the Hiring Manager. Special acknowledgment goes to Recruiter, Sarah, whose consistent and proactive updates during the process were truly appreciated. In terms of improvement, there was a moment of confusion regarding the role due to the line of questioning. However, this turned out to be a considerate move by the interviewers to explore potential fits better. I shared this feedback with Sarah, who promptly arranged a meeting with the Hiring Manager, (Director for Customer Success). The Hiring Manager's willingness to discuss the role, answer questions, and provide feedback highlighted the company's commitment to valuing candidates' time and feedback. As a career shifter, this experience has been nothing short of AWESOME. It instilled renewed confidence in me and emphasized the company's dedication to fostering a positive and supportive environment. I am proud to join SolarWinds and eagerly anticipate achieving great things together. Here's to making things happen! Cheers!
