J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez SpaceX
Entretien
I've interviewed with them several times, including recruiter screens, hiring managers, and even another manager. Despite positive conversations, I rarely heard anything meaningful afterward. I also noticed the same positions being reposted over and over, sometimes more than 8 times. It honestly gives me the impression that many of these openings are ghost jobs. It feels like the postings are there to make the company appear to be actively hiring, while there may not be any real intention to fill the roles.
Difficult. Strictly technical. 2 minute elevator pitched that was then 25-30 minutes of technical questions. Asked a lot about pressurized vessels. Asked a brain teaser question in the very end. Expect randomness. They wanna see how you think.

Phone call with recruiter confirming details and asking a few confirmation questions. Then phone call with team lead where they asked theoretical questions. The phone call was just through phone, no need for video. They start off asking about you and then asking three theory based problems.
