Thorough and meaningful assessment of technical abilities as well as ability to demonstrate ownership of past work. Started with a phone screen (in coordination with a recruiter), moved to a technical assessment, then any further phone screenings as needed, and an on-site interview.
The interview process is very fast (4-5 weeks, from start to finish, is typical)
