I went through three rounds of interviews with SpaceX. The people were friendly and the questions were in line with the role. However, after the third interview, they ghosted me, and I never heard from them again ... Until about 8 months later after I had already gotten a new job. They were kind enough to send an email almost a year later rejecting me. Unprofessional behavior, in my opinion, especially for a company of its size and status. I was also disappointed with the extremely low compensation numbers that were shared with me for the role. If you want to make money, look elsewhere.
