I got 2 emails inviting me to interview, the day after applying which had me excited. I replied as requested and filled out the online interview info form and gathered my reference for that form. Then didn't hear anything for 4 days and figured they had moved on and changed there mind. It was very dissapointing. Then I got a text message confirming my interview for about a day later (not leaving a ton of time to research after I had assumed I no longer had the interview offer. At the interview in Bastrop, I arrived 10 miniutes early and then had to wait 45 minutes to be called into a room with 2 guys that were pretty new to SpaceX, performing the interview. They asked strange questions - most of which having little to do with experience relating to the position. Then within about 20-25 minutes we were done and I was on my way home.
