I was contacted by phone and then another phone interview with the department manager. I had to reschedule he call three times and was told to call at a specific time. I called and got a voice mail then received a call. Interviewer was tired which I can understand. I don't feel I was able to get to my qualifications

Entretien
Lack of direction, not sure they knew what they wanted. Several stops and starts as if they had trouble making a decision. The process was lengthy first the application, then a note for question screening to respond to, followed by a phone screening, followed by a one in person interview followed by a half day of multiple 1:1 interviews.
