Interview was requested via email. Once confirmed, a request for a sample of writing as pertained to job description. Request to clarify the type of writing resulted in responding with exactly the same verbiage. Found out in interview it was part of the interview- no right or wing answer, but had to justify why I responded the way I did.

Applied online. Was contacted by internal recruiter by email to set up phone interview. During phone interview was asked about previous experience, experience with excel. Also asked "tell me about a time where you recently had to analyze something at work." Got another email the next week wanting to schedule an in person interview with department manager. In person interview very informal- talked about the job but did not ask any real interview questions- I more or less interjected with how I think I could benefit the department based on what he said. Waited 10 days for a call from recruiter that they wanted to make me an offer.
