Relatively smooth and very friendly. As I was brought on by a recruiter, I do not know what the application process was like. The interview was a group interview with the prospective team I would be working with. All very nice people and I felt very comfortable. It was virtual meeting, but the office is local.

3 stage interview process. First phone screening, then with hiring manager (semi technical) and finally with the 3 members of the team (technical). After phone screening it them almost 15 days to get back and inquire my availability for the next stage. 2nd and 3rd stage interviews were 4 days apart. Received offer 2 days after that. Fairly quick and pleasant process once it started.
