Asked a few questions about internet and what you knew. Basic stuff. Even if you don't know, they have a 7 week training you will attend so don't get stress about it. They hire anyone. Its an easy job once you get the hang of it.

The interview process was fast and comfortable and the people there is very family oriented. The class was well taught after hiring and the interview they got back to me within three business days.

Entretien
Pre interview was simple. She asked about work history. She asked if i knew what a modem and router is. She spoke on training and scheduling hours as well. She asked if there was a time i went above and beyond for a client. She asked how would i deal with an irate customer.
