Probably the best hiring process I’ve ever had. Had a great call with the hiring team who gave me a great understanding of the role and the company. Second stage is a interview with the SDR manager. 3 is the role play cold call, and eventually had 2 last calls (one is a culture fit & the other is with the BD Director). A massive shoutout to the recruiter for consistent updates about my progression during the process, showed great professionalism throughout the process.

The recruiter contacted by phone to inform me that she wanted to schedule the first call. We had the call, she was in rush, talking very fast, asking robotic questions and no time for the candidate to think because she was talking even if I was taking some seconds to answer. The pronunciation was terrible because no native english but not even a high level of it She informed me that I wasn't good enough to get through the interview process because I didn't give the impression to be a sales person. Really impressed! I never heard something like that before this day and she didn't even ask me to reply or tell my opinion. She hang up the videocall like never it happened. Very good recruitment staff you have, congratulations to the people that recruit them.
