Applied online, received an invitation for a phone interview very quickly. Unfortunately, the initial time for the interview was not convenient for me, so I offered to reschedule. Received an initial positive response to rescheduling, then no contact at all. After three unanswered e-mails over the next week I gave up. Some weeks later, I received an automated invitation to give feedback on the interview process, I detailed all the above problems with lack of communication (even clarifying I would still be interested in interviewing), and received no contact back.

Was reached out by recruiter after cold apply. Interviewer asked basic questions to know the background as initial screening step, but didnt proceed to next steps after cancelling the scheduled interviews. suspect its bc visa issues
