First it was a recruiter phone call which lasted approximately 30 mins. Then a week later, a video interview was setup with two developers from Spotify. It lasted a bit over one hour. Overall I liked the process. Everything, right from the recruiter’s call till the video interview were handled very well and all of them were very friendly. Video interview was more of a collaborative problem solving. Engineers who interviewed me know the stuff and very engaging. I was rejected but the feedback I received from the engineers were constructive and would help me prepare myself better.
