I applied thought their site and got an email from recruiter 1 month later scheduling a 30 min chat about the position and my background. Later a hiring manager schedule a second round interview (technical). The main interviewer was very "robotic" and made me feel uncomfortable during the whole process. Some technical questions where asked and then they gave me a code challenge (leetcode easy-medium). The challenge wasn't hard, but I was expecting more of a pairing to feel what is like to work with them in a daily basis. Also I'm really against some type of questions asked in that kind of process (like, do I REALLY have to know by heart the difference between TCP and UDP to do a good job as a software engineer?). I lost my will to work there after this interview. People didn't seem very nice to work with and I think that their approach to evaluate candidates is too old-fashioned .
