The experience was less than stellar. I was never super clear on how many interview rounds were required, when I would hear back on results, etc. I had to follow up quite a bit in order to keep the process moving along.
After each of my interviews, the interviewers would indicate that I did well. But I ultimately was rejected because they were looking for a particular recruiting skill set that I didn’t have. That was never articulated at the beginning, so had I known that the skill was priority #1 for the team, I would have opted out instead of spending 6+ hours interviewing. It also was disappointing to get my hopes up based on the positive feedback from interviewers just to wind up being rejected for the job.

I didn’t get the role, but I genuinely enjoyed the interview process. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The questions were thoughtful, and the process felt smooth, well-coordinated, and respectful throughout.

Fairly standard interview process. The 4-5 rounds I had were pretty good and I feel all the interviewers were engaged. Didn't get any feedback at all on how I performed which considering the prep and time sunk into the interview process and the fact I was headhunted was pretty disappointing.
