Entretien
Proess was quick and painless. It was 3 interviews: 1x30" plus 2x45" interviews, with the Team Lead, Hiring Manager and Head of Sales, all in 2 weeks. Also had to put together a task assigned. After all that final call with HR to get Salary Expectations, some feedback, and notice period. After a week they made me an offer which I accepted.

Question 1
Pretty standard questions. Nothing not expected. Experience with some clients. Good experiences, bad experiences. Not many behavioral questions, much of a relaxed call to understand my skills and my previous experiences.
It was good, I think referrals might help though. Leverage your connections if you can. It's a sales role with upselling opportunities. Good to have marketing / media background. Not sure what the quota is.
The interview process was straight forward and organized. There was a screening call followed by 3 additional interviews. The recruiter kept me informed throughout the entire process. The overall process took about five weeks.

Not many behaviour questions. Most are focusing on experience in ad sales and account management.
