I had a total of 6 interviews with various departments starting with a recruiter, then my direct manager, then other various departments. Overall the process spanned 2 months from my first recruiter interview to an offer. Interviewers were kind and understanding.

My resume was passed on by a current employee. A recruiter reached out to me 3-4 weeks after that (figured I had been disqualified by this point). Recruiter wanted to set up some time to chat over the phone .. She was very nice but did not specify that it was a video chat so I had to figure that out when she sent the video conference link. Not hard to figure out but she said phone chat so I figured it was just over the phone. Interview with the recruiter was simple ... basic questions about my experience, weaknesses, strengths.. what I am looking for in a new position, how I like the culture of my current job etc. Said they would reach out to me in a week or so but heard back from HR the next day about the next step. Had another skype interview with someone from the team. Thought it went very well but I was not offered a job. Good experience nonetheless. Would have preferred they had me come to the office for the second interview.
