The manager asked about my availability, how I handle fast-paced environments, and a few situational questions like how I’d deal with a difficult customer or a busy rush. Overall, the conversation felt friendly and low-pressure. They mainly wanted to get a sense of my personality and customer service skills. I heard back within a few days with an offer.
