Interview process was straightforward and low-pressure
Applied online and heard back within a few days. Came in for a one-on-one with the store manager — took about 30 minutes. They asked about my availability, how I handle rushes, and gave me a couple customer service scenarios like what I’d do if a customer was unhappy with their drink. For the second round they had me make a latte and a pour-over so they could see my technique. Overall pretty relaxed — they seemed more interested in whether I was a good fit for the team than testing my knowledge. Got an offer about a week later.

First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).

Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
