Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
informal and everyone was very nice. i would say around 10 questions vary to why you want to work here, to what you know about stafrbucks and then how do you work well in a team.

Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
