It's a good process, with friendly staff, situation-specific questions, and availability. Even though I did not get hired after 1 week, I still appreciate the opportunity. should practice before interview
The interview was not too bad, I had to wait a bit before getting called for my interview due to some mishaps on their end but that was really the only thing that was negative. It was fine. They called back pretty quickly

Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview

Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
