I was definitely interviewed by the hipster barista stereotype. He did not seem to like the fact that I had work experience, and my college degree almost seemed like a deal breaker to him. It was very unprofessional.
After the 1:1 interview, I waited about an hour with others for a small group interview. This seemed to go much better and everyone had a chance to talk.
There's not a whole lot of jobs out there in this downturn economy, and I didn't really appreciate the insinuations that education and work experience are a bad thing.

Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.

First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).
