After filling in the online application, it was necessary to nag the manager. Holiday weekends led the process to be very slow, I felt like I was pestering. I would recommend this tactic in the long run, though it may seem overkill at the time, getting your name out of the pile is important.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
