J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Washington, DC) en juil. 2009
Entretien
I am a re-hire so my previous experience worked in my favor. Even so, after my interview with the store manager, I was asked to come back for a second interview with a different store manager at another location. Most questions are about service experience and the interviewer looks for answers that follow a specific outline represented by the acronym STAR, Situation-Task-Action-Result. Describe the Situation, Tasks involved in the situation, what Action did you take, and what was the Result or outcome.

J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Subang Jaya)
Entretien
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
