You meet in person and sit down with the hiring manager. You get asked why you want to work for Starbucks. Mentioning you can multi-task and deal with all sorts of customers help. Be kind when you enter, you will be asked if you want a drink made. Be sure to be kind to the other baristas.

Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
