The interview process with the store manager was friendly and conversational. The questions asked were generally straight forward and mostly behavioral. The overall interview process was efficient and the experience was positive.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
