I applied online and within 24 hours I received a call from Anna the hiring manager for a local store. We set up a time to meet one on one within 5 days. The interview was in the store, very personable and comfortable setting. The hiring manager buys your drink for you so be prepared to order! Like always everyone working at Starbucks is friendly and high energy.
Interviewed by the store manager and regional managers, mostly situational questions, about 30 minutes total talk and at the end asked you your availability to work, and if you have any questions for them.

Entretien
Interview process is great and respectable. They ask questions about yourself as much as your work life. They insure that their teams are top tier. They insure that everyone has an equal chance and opportunity.

Entretien
It was an easy interview to do. A lot of customer service facing questions. For the amount of time on your feet and dealing with high volume, I was not impressed with how much they offer for pay.
