J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Street (Bengaluru) en nov. 2017
Entretien
I applied through referral. I was a bit amused by the non-professionalism of HR and hiring managers. Both had lack of communication and were not aware who would take the interview first. HR and the Hiring Managers were inviting me at their respective meeting rooms at the same time. Shows the chaos in management. Felt they call candidates just for the sake of showing the number of candidates who applied for the position. The onshore telephonic interview was easy, but the same feeling that they already selected candidates but just for the sake of taking interviews they conduct it. I also feel they do not hire candidates based on their experience or qualifications but the onshore hire those to whom they do not feel intimidated to. A concern if SS is skeptical about someone's resume from the initial stage then they should reject it at the first stage itself rather than dragging it just to show the number of candidates who attended for the position. As most of them have written here it is true that SS is losing its goodwill as an MNC bank in this city.
