Very straightforward and relaxed. Interviewer made it a very informal as possible. Two stage process with second being with hiring manager’s manager, so senior level depending on the role. Both interviews were very relaxed.

I was invited for a screening interview through a recruiter and later interviewed by a vice president. The process was quick and questions were focused on my resume and fairly general.

I was asked about all my different past experiences.
Phone screening initially for 30 minutes and then was invited for an in person interview with 3 separate individuals for 30 minutes each. Offer was made a week later over the phone.
