I interviewed for a role in the AI Team at State Street two years ago, and the process was divided into three stages: an online assessment, a technical interview, and an HR round.
1. Online Assessment
The first stage was an online test, which included multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and two coding problems. The MCQs covered topics like aptitude, data structures, and programming concepts, while the coding problems tested problem-solving skills.
2. Technical Interview
The technical interview was primarily based on my resume and AI/ML concepts, as I was applying for a position in the AI team. The questions focused on my past projects, machine learning algorithms, model optimization techniques, and real-world AI applications. Some coding-related questions were also asked.
3. HR Round
The final round was a short HR interview conducted over a call. I was asked three questions, mostly related to my background, career aspirations, and general fit for the company.
