My interviewer was welcoming and personable, the questions were standard. The process seemed to be measuring whether you were someone who would be comfortable in a pub environment, rather than assessing competence.

The interview was Face to Face Interview with the Manager. It was a casual setting at the front of house. I would recommend dressing casual depending on whether stated otherwise.

I interviewed at two different locations on the same street and had very different questions. One was more formal, with typical style interview questions. The other was more casual, getting to know me, and walking through my CV and experience.
