I applied via the Stryker career page. Was then contacted (via email) about a week later from a Stryker Recruiter inviting me for a phone interview. The phone interview was about 30 minutes long. Many situational questions. My interviewer was extremely nice and helpful. After the 30 minute phone interview with the recruiter, I was immediately invited to a face-to-face interview with the regional sales manager.
