HR representative in a phone interview. I had been contacted 3 weeks prior by a representative that wanted a few choice times to set up a phone interview. I responded with several times that I could be available (as I was still employed at the time). However, the representative did not respond. I wrote several follow up emails to try and coordinate the interview with no luck. On the 4th attempt I finally received an out of office reply with contacts as fill in for the original person. I was then contacted the next day. After an introduction and some small talk, the HR person asked questions regarding present and past employment experiences. I did get the feeling that the interview was short maybe due to the fact that the job had already been filled. I'm not positive but my intuition told me that it was short for some reason.
