Entretien
Interview was a total of 3 months for me. I had numerous phone screenings prior to meeting with the regional manager in person and then I took the Gallup personality test. Once I passed the gallup I was flown to TX to meet with Director of sales and other team members. Next steps were a field ride along with reps and then a sales pitch video.
Biggest advice is to make sure you close after every interview you have even if it seems informal.

How will you contribute to sales growth in the territory not having a sales background?
It was hard and kind of drawn out. Met with at least 5-6 people on zoom then was flown out for a final interview in Kalamazoo. It was a pretty straight forward process but definitely long.

They asked me “if you were on a billboard what would it say?”
Got foot in the door and had a pretty casual initial conversation. Was the referred to the regional manager and after that took the Gallup assessment. After this was flown out to do a case study.

Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good
