Difficult but understandable for the position. They will be very hard on you but if you understand the position you are applying for it makes sense. They will ask the hard questions you may be uncomfortable answering, but if this is the deal breaker it isnt the position for you.
Got foot in the door and had a pretty casual initial conversation. Was the referred to the regional manager and after that took the Gallup assessment. After this was flown out to do a case study.

Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good

Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important
